Cromwell reinstates David Hockey artwork

Cromwell Property Services is proud of the work we take on. In a recent project we were fortunate to reinstate Bradford’s own and now world famous artist David Hockey. This was a project which included rewiring communal lighting and extensive ground floor refurbishments. The project involved 3 blocks of flats, each 14 storeys high.

Bradford Cyrenians – Hostel Project

Cromwell Property Services was recently involved with a project at Bradford Cyrenians. Bradford Cyrenians has been working with vulnerable homeless men since October 1972. This is when a group of volunteers got together and decided to open a soup run for homeless people.

The project proved to be a challenge as it was unoccupied throughout the duration of works. Our engineers stuck to our core values and delivered excellent service.Always going the extra mile, our engineers had to be mindful of the residents and employ a can-do attitude. As many of the residents could not access certain parts of the hostel, our engineers made sure the friendly environment remained unaffected. Our engineers also did everything in their power to work around tenants and not disrupt their normal routine.

The project involved a full scale refurbishment of the hostel including converting six bathrooms to wet-rooms

Contract value £100k
